Welcome to Deliver Bliss! I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m excited about this venture; excited to be writing again and excited about connecting a community of people that are passionate about remarkable customer experiences.

This looks cool, what should we expect?

Currently, there are two main components to Deliver Bliss: the blog and the Community Q&A platform.

The Blog

The blog will be updated by me every week. I’ll also be looking for guest posts from some people I know. I’ll be working hard over the next few months to connect to more people who are interested in writing here. I’ll be working even harder to bring some big names here; people I look up to and can contribute some really profound knowledge.

Community Q&A

The Community Q&A platform has a lot of potential, but it relies on your involvement (hence the ‘community’ part). I became enthralled with the platform it’s built on and believe it is an excellent way to share knowledge about customer service, customer experience, leadership, and anything else that’s related.

I went down the road of building a forum and became quickly bored with it. I think the Q&A format provides a much richer and rewarding experience. I’ll be relying on you to tell me if I’m right.

I encourage you to check out the community, ask a question and maybe even answer one!

Other Ways to Get Involved

Since this is a brand new site, I have also put a suggestion box in place to allow you to send me ideas about how to make Deliver Bliss better. Please use it to your heart’s content.

You can also share your own customer experiences with the community and have them published in an upcoming post.

Ok, what should we NOT expect?

I really don’t know. I’m willing to take Deliver Bliss anywhere you want it to go. I have a full time job (which is awesome) but I’m very passionate about this site and I look forward to exploring every opportunity it brings my way.
