In the spirit of Chris Brogan’s fantastic idea, I am going to start a Follow Friday series. I’ll highlight two or three people each week that I follow and give you some background info on them.

You Should Follow…

@bsdalton – He’d never say it, but Barry is a customer service guru. His experience in customer and technology strategy is impressive to say the least. He writes a blog you should read and is a frequent contributor to The Social Customer. Barry and I like to bitch about the current state of the airline industry; we might even do something about it one day.

@johnflurry – John is just an all-around cool guy. I don’t even remember how I found him on Twitter (maybe through Clay Hebert), but I’m glad I did. He is the founder of Flurry Creations, a social media strategy firm that helps organizations connect with their communities. He engages in conversations on his blog and frequently promotes those doing remarkable things. His profile picture always make me think of Stewart Cink (it’s the hat).

@tedcoine – Ted, the savvy capitalist, writes a blog called Five Star Customer Service. I subscribe to the RSS feed and you should too. There’s a ton of great information and he’s a good writer to boot. Some day, I hope to grow up and be just like Ted (retired and living on the beach).
