The second edition of my Follow Friday series comes on the heels of a crazy week for me. A minor disaster at the office, intense meetings, conference calls, and a severe case of writer’s block all kept me from posting as much as I wanted.

What I did manage to do this week is get a lot of reading done. The people I’m recommending today are those that consistently provide great customer service and experience content day in and day out.

@KristinaEvey – Kristina is a true leader in the customer experience field and is the owner of Centric Strategies, a firm dedicated to helping businesses create customer-centric cultures. I’m a regular reader of her blog (you should be too), and I also follow her posts over at AmazingServiceGuy.com. She is a constant source of great advice and is always willing to engage with you on Twitter.

@kevinstirtz – Speaking of AmazingServiceGuy.com, how could I not mention the founder, Kevin Stirtz. He is one of the first customer service greats I connected with on Twitter and he continues to be a great source of ideas and inspiration. Kevin has put together a great team of customer service bloggers that create a constant fire hose of customer service advice and insight. His professional goal to help 1 million organizations learn how to deliver amazing customer service is a lofty one, but if there’s one guy that can do it, it’s Kevin.

Marilyn Suttle – Like a lot of the people I’ve been lucky enough to connect with on Twitter, Marilyn is a genuinely nice person with some serious customer service chops. She is the co-author of the book, Who’s Your Gladys?, which I recently finished reading and absolutely loved. If you haven’t read it, do it now, you won’t regret it. Marilyn’s blog is also something you should be reading. Believe it or not, Marilyn is also a frequent writer on AmazingServiceGuy.com, so I guess this post has turned into one big advertisement for that awesome site. You can thank me later Kevin.
