What a fantastic list! I read Jed's and Seth's on a regular basis – I will have to have a proper look at some of the others soon.

    Rob

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

Thanks Rob. It took considerably longer than I thought it would to put together, and I'm sure I missed several that should be included.

  • http://blog.baileyworkplay.com Chris Bailey

Hi Tim, if you're not reading and following her work, I recommend Jeannie Walter and 360Connext:

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

Perfect, thanks Chris! I've added it to the list. I also added Dawna Maclean's blog. Good stuff!

  • http://twitter.com/RipplesBusiness Ripples Business

Great Post Tim, thanks for sharing. I found some new entrees. Looks like the European CE blogs and sites are lacking in the list (probably because Europe is behind in CE thinking & strategy…) – apart form Shaun Smith. Maybe we should work also on a European list.

  • http://www.jedlangdon.com/ Jed Langdon

Great list Tim and thanks for adding me amongst all of these fantastic bloggers! This is a fantastic resource. I would also add Kelly Ketelboeter and Jen Kuhn's the Experience Factor http://theexperiencefactor.com/the-x-blog/

  • Marilyn

Thanks for including us on your list! I appreciate what you do to make exceptional customer service practices available to those looking for ways to make a difference.

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

A European list would be great. I have a couple UK blogs here, but I'm sure you know of many more. Let me know if you get something together, thanks.

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

You're exactly right about Kelly and Jen. So many great people out there, it's hard to remember them all. I'll add it to the list.

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

Thanks Marilyn, love what you and Lori do!

  • http://writethecompany.com Write The Company

Thanks for including me in this tremendous collection of customer experience voices, thinkers and leaders. As a regular reader of your blog, you definitely need to add Deliver Bliss to this list also!

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

You win the award for most creative blog on this list. Keep the hits coming.

  • http://twitter.com/mpace101 Michael Pace

Considering it took me 45 min to make sure I was connected by RSS and Twitter to all these folks, gives me an idea of how long it took you to compile this list, thank you doesn't give you enough appreciation.

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

Thanks for the comment Michael. It surprised me how long it took. I figured it would be one of the easier posts I'd write, but it ended up being pretty time consuming. I'm going to put together a Twitter list and publicly shared RSS feed as well. I'll update this post with those links when I'm done.

  • Doug Fleener

What a great list, and thank you for sharing it with us.

I would add Joseph Michelli's blog at http://josephmichelli.com/blog. Joseph is the author of The Starbucks Experience and The New Gold Standard. For retailers, I write a lot about the retail customer experience at The Retail Contrarian. http://www.retailcontrarian.com/

    Thanks again.

    Doug Fleener

  • http://twitter.com/joerawlinson Joe Rawlinson

Tim, thanks for including Return Customer on your list. I even got a star! Awesome. It is an honor to be included with these other great blogs.

  • http://twitter.com/PediatricInc Brandon Betancourt

    Great list Tim.

I would have put a star next to Michael Hyatt's blog. It is one of my favorites.

One blog that I've been reading a lot lately is Chris Brogan's (http://www.chrisbrogan.com/) blog. Brogan's blog is almost like Seth's blog. One of those that you just have to read.

  • Nicole

Thanks for this great compilation! I must put a plug in for http://stellaservice.wordpress.com/, a very informative, fresh outlook on customer service.

Hey Joe, I always enjoy the Return Customer. You do a great job with it.

  • http://deliverbliss.com Tim Sanchez

I'll admit that I'm subscribed to Chris Brogan's blog. I read most of what he writes. Not sure why I left it off, but it just didn't feel right for this list.

I like Hyatt's blog too, it probably deserves a star, or at least a half one. :)
