Welcome to the sixth edition of my Follow Friday series. It’s been a busy week for me at work; I traveled this week to meet with a new client and I’ll be on another plane today to attend a wedding in California. All that work and travel has kept me from writing as much as I wanted, but I made sure to get this one done because these two recommendations are must-follows.
You Should Follow
Write The Company – This anonymous writer creates some of the most creative and funny posts about his written correspondence with various companies. Every post is humorous and has a good customer experience lesson to go with it. He (I assume WriteTheCompany is a he) is a great promoter of other people who write about customer experience on Twitter and is always gracious of others who retweet his posts. Make sure you follow him and subscribe to his blog so you don’t miss a thing.
Chris Bailey – I’m a recent follower of Chris, but I quickly connected with him and his steady stream of customer experience tweets. He runs a customer experience design firm in Austin, TX and writes a great blog that I’ve been catching up on. Make sure you check it out and subscribe to the feed.
I should note…
Both of these recommendations are also part of my Customer Experience Blogs You Should Be Reading post that has received a huge response. Thanks for reading and promoting that post so much. I’ll be updating it with a couple more blogs soon and also creating a public RSS feed of all the blogs and a Twitter list.
Make sure to sign up for the VIP List if you want to be notified of those updates.
Have a great weekend!
