Scribe is an offering from Brian Clark, founder of Copyblogger. Brian is one of those A-list bloggers with an attitude, but he knows his stuff and consistently produces great products. I’m Not Writing for Search Engines

When I first decided to start a blog about Customer Experience, SEO was the last thing on my mind. I was worried about my web host, my WordPress theme, the site layout, which plugins I needed, and all the content I was going to write.

I knew that SEO was important, but I figured that I could learn as I went and optimize later.

I was wrong.

The fact of the matter is that I have a topic (customer experience) that I’m passionate about and I have a message I want to convey.
The way I see it, the more people I can convey that message to, the better job I’m doing. Organic search traffic is a great way to increase my audience and get the message out.
