Follow Friday - Edition #4

Welcome to the fourth edition of my Follow Friday series. I have three awesome people I’m recommending today. They’re connecters, promoters, thinkers, and all of them are serious about customer experience.

You Should Follow

Jed Langdon – Jed is a customer experience star from across the pond. His passion for people, experiences and learning always comes through in his tweets and especially on his blog. Speaking of his blog, if you haven’t checked it out, you should go there now. There’s always a great conversation going on in the comments. I should also mention that Jed is a marketing graduate, but don’t worry, he’s not going to make this mistake.

Nate Bagley – Nate works for Mindshare Technologies, a company focused on customer and enterprise feedback management. Someone I hold in high regard referred me to him for a book I might like and Nate went out of his way to send me a copy (or four). You should definitely check out his blog and you can also follow his personal twitter handle, because he tweets a lot of great stuff there too.

Chris Nordyke – Chris is a State Farm Agent in Corvallis, OR. He’s not your typical insurance agent though, far from it. He has a great blog that I’ve been reading (even commenting on), he’s the leader of SpeakerLunch, and he likes to invade other local businesses with his Social Media Brigade buddies. Chris is also a member of the Madison Ave. Collective (I love the overall look and feel of that site, kudos to whoever designed it).
