Follow Friday – Edition #5

Follow Friday - Edition #5

Happy Friday everyone. Welcome to the fifth edition of my Follow Friday series. Today I’m recommending two of the friendliest people I’ve met on Twitter. They’re also wicked smart and can teach you (and me) a thing or two about customer experience.

You Should Follow

Eric Jacques – I started following Eric recently, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that he’s a customer service expert who’s eager to share his passion for remarkable customer experiences. Eric is always active on Twitter; he loves to promote others and engage in conversation there. He writes a great blog, Customer Excellence, and is also a frequent poster at The Social Customer. Be sure to follow him and prepare to get your friendly fill of customer excellence goodness.

Stephanie Thum – Stephanie is the Director of Client Relations for a law firm in St. Louis. Like a lot of the people I’ve been lucky enough to connect with on Twitter, Stephanie is genuine, affable, and intelligent. She’s an active participant in the #custserv chats (that I’m always missing) and is a great source of customer experience related links. She doesn’t have a blog, but I think if I bug her enough, she may write a guest post here…some day. Oh, and on the off chance you’re looking for someone who knows a thing or two about Zumba, then Stephanie is your hookup. She’s a certified instructor. Talk about well-rounded!

That’s it for this edition. I’ll have two more awesome people for you to follow next week. Until then, go deliver bliss.

  1. Hi Tim!

    Thanks for the glowing recommendation.

I also follow Stéphanie and your follow friday is right on the money.

Oh, and I always miss the #custserv chat too, although I've lurked a few times…

    Cheers!
    Eric

  2. I was happy to see Stephanie as one of your follow Friday's rec's. I met (on Twitter, not in person) Stephanie about a year ago. I agree, she is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet on Twitter.

Actually, it was one of her RT's that I found your site. Which I think it excellent as well. I have added it to my Google Reader.
