Sarah Gore – Sarah recently started a customer experience design firm called Stance CX in Denver. She also started a blog at the same site and I’m looking forward to more posts in the near future (hint hint). Sarah is very active on Twitter and is highly regarded amongst the customer experience community. Be sure to follow her and subscribe to the blog.
Aimee Lucas – Aimee is awesome. She’s a promoter and connector on Twitter and is a regular in the #custserv chats (which I’m still missing).
